Judge not, for ye know not how.

Yes, I realize this isn't exactly how it's worded in your Bible or any of the numerous Bible translations, but it is the message of the verse and the few verses that follow it.

I imagine that by now, you've been told by someone that you're not supposed to judge. And, I also imagine this hasn't stopped you from judging others, nor has it stopped others from judging you, nor has it stopped you from judging you. So, being told that we shouldn't do it, doesn't seem to have curtailed it any.
While I (and my clients) know that judgment causes all kinds of health problems and neck and backaches and other muscle and joint pain, as if that weren't enough motivation, the real reason for not judging is we do not know how. I feel your resistance already! Just like my clients and myself did, you believe that you are a great judge, even though you're not judgmental.
If every time you drove a car, you wrecked that car, your friends and family, the state that issued your license, the auto insurance company, and your mechanic would tell you, "Don't drive! You cannot drive!"
If every time you judged someone it was in error, then you should hear people telling you, "Don't judge! You cannot judge." The reason you haven't heard it isn't because you're a great judge, it's because everyone else is judging too and doing it just as poorly.
How do I KNOW this? Because all judgments are an illusion. They are of an illusion, by another illusion, for that illusion. That is, all judgments are of an ego, by another ego, for that ego.
All judgments are of an ego means we are not judging the real person. We are judging that person's ego. The other ego is our ego. And the purpose of the judgment is for our ego.
Only the ego reacts negatively to another ego, and all negative reactions are generated by the ego.
When we judge, something false in us, is reacting to something false in another, for the purpose of making that something false in us feel falsely better.
Once you know how a magic trick works, it no longer deceives you, and is useless.
Perhaps now that you see that judgment is all just illusions, it will no longer deceive you, and you will find it useless, and you will stop doing it. And your body will greatly appreciate that.
Now, what are we to do when we observe egoic behavior?
